Kristina represents both public and private sector employers with experience in employment, labour, human rights, and civil litigation. She strives to provide effective, timely and proactive solutions for her clients.

Kristina advises employers on a variety of issues with a focus on dispute resolution, either in court or by alternative dispute resolution processes. She has prepared written submissions for matters before the Human Rights Tribunal and Labour Relations Board and has assisted with matters before the Provincial Court of British Columbia.

Prior to joining Harris, Kristina summered and articled at an international law firm. During her articles, Kristina co-founded Raise the Bar, an initiative empowering underprivileged youth to become legal professionals.

Kristina received her JD from the University of British Columbia in 2020. While at law school, Kristina was a student clinician with the International Justice and Human Rights Clinic, where she co-authored a report to the International Criminal Court. She also volunteered with the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, the Civil Chambers Program, Legal Education Outreach, and the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.
