We’re looking for a motivated and team-oriented associate with a keen interest in litigation to join our growing practice (law nerds welcome here). Our ideal candidate:
- 2-8 years of post-call experience in litigation gained at a reputable law firm.
- Experience and interest in employment, commercial, construction and administrative /constitutional law.
- Proven advocacy skills with experience at all levels of court.
- Excellent research, analytical and written advocacy skills.
- A client-focused mindset and commitment to exceptional client service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- A desire for mentorship, professional growth, and development opportunities.
- Member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia.
- Committed to practicing as a litigator in Vancouver, BC.

Salary
We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package with base salary between $130,000 to $225,000 per annum, reflective of experience and qualifications.

- Strong knowledge of labour & employment laws in British Columbia or another Canadian jurisdiction, and experience representing employers in a broad range of workplace law matters.
- Proven advocacy skills with experience in arbitration, administrative hearings, and litigation.
- Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- A client-focused mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- A desire for mentorship, professional growth, and development opportunities.
- Member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia.
- Committed to practicing management-side labour & employment law in Vancouver or Kelowna, BC.
