Teaching Profession Amendment Act, 2004 (Bill 55) In Force

Bill 55, the Teaching Profession Amendment Act, 2004 received Royal Assent on May 20, 2004. The Act comes into force on Royal Assent, except Section 12(b) which will come into force by regulation.
