Ontario Court of Appeal Issues Judicial Review Decision re Drug Testing by Employers

The Ontario Court of Appeal has issued an important judicial review decision related to drug testing by employers. In Entrop v. Imperial Oil, the court has recently considered the issue of drug and alcohol testing in the workplace finding that breathalyzer tests may be permissible in safety-sensitive positions.
