Sara is a proactive and reliable advocate. She thoughtfully engages with clients to find reasonable and practical solutions to workplace issues. Sara’s practice focuses on labour, human rights, and employment.

Prior to joining Harris in 2023, Sara worked at the Community Social Services Employers’ Association (CSSEA) providing services in collective agreement interpretation, duty to accommodate, and disciplinary matters. She has experience representing public sector employers in mediations, expedited arbitrations, and administrative boards and tribunals.

In her spare time, Sara has sought out educational opportunities by taking Masters level law courses in international human rights through Osgoode Hall Law School.
