Kyle is a civil and commercial litigator with extensive experience in a wide range of disputes. He has represented clients in corporate and commercial disputes, contractual disputes, construction disputes, tort and property disputes, and general litigation matters. Kyle also takes on collections matters, and contentious employment and labour disputes.

Kyle has successfully represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia and in arbitrations and mediations.

Before entering the legal profession, Kyle attended Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, B.C. where he obtained his undergraduate degree while playing collegiate baseball for the Thompson Rivers University WolfPack. He then went on to the Western Major Baseball League before commencing his legal studies at Thompson Rivers University in 2015.

Prior to joining Harris in 2022, Kyle was a litigation associate for four years at a leading regional firm.
