Harris is pleased to announce that 21 of our lawyers have been included in the 2021 Edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada. Further, two Harris lawyers were recognized with additional achievements; Alan Winter and Eric Harris have received the coveted “Lawyer of the Year” title in Vancouver for Workers’ Compensation Law and Labour and Employment Law, respectively.
Only a single lawyer in each practice area and designated metropolitan area is honoured as the “Lawyer of the Year,” making this accolade particularly significant. Alan and Eric were selected based on their impressive voting averages during an exhaustive peer review evaluation. 2021 marks the fourth year both Alan and Eric have received these awards.

Best Lawyers has been published annually since 1983. The publication receives over 13 million submissions from around the world evaluating the legal abilities of lawyers based on their specific practice areas. Lawyers are not required or allowed to pay a fee to be listed in the publication; therefore inclusion in Best Lawyers is considered a singular honour.
