Harris & Company is pleased to announce that Nicole Toye and Brad Cocke have joined the partnership this year.
Brad assists both public and private sector employers with various labour, employment, human rights and workers’ compensation matters. In particular, he advises employers with respect to worker injury claims, employee substance use issues, grievances, and collective agreement interpretations as they relate to day-to-day operations. Thoughtful and assertive in his approach to finding the right answer, Brad enjoys interacting with his clients to hone in on their particular needs and business goals.
Nicole’s practice is focused on both commercial litigation and employment law matters. Frequently advising clients on a wide range of employment issues, Nicole has a particular interest in employment contracts and has extensive experience drafting employment contracts and advising on contractual issues. Nicole is also a valuable member of Harris’ growing commercial litigation team and has a wide range of experience in both employment and commercial disputes.
