Paul’s practice focuses on providing advice and advocacy on a broad spectrum of labour, employment, privacy, and human rights issues, including strategic initiatives and regulatory compliance. He has appeared before numerous administrative tribunals and arbitration panels in both the federal and provincial sphere, as well as before the Superior Courts of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Paul is a smart, talented lawyer with robust experience in the education sector, both in education law and as an administrator and educator in the public school system. When solving problems, he ties his sophisticated knowledge of the law to his practical understanding of school scenarios to offer solid, grounded, and long-lasting solutions.

In addition to working with numerous independent schools and post-secondary institutions, Paul has advised clients in the transportation and aeronautics industries.
