Mike is a civil litigator practicing employment, construction and commercial litigation. He takes a practical, result-oriented approach to dispute resolution.
In advocating for his clients, Mike brings to bear broad litigation experience including in the areas of insurance defence, coverage disputes, transportation and maritime law, and federal prosecutions. He regularly appears before the BC Supreme Court and has appeared before several administrative tribunals. Mike previously worked at a large, national litigation firm.
Mike received his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2018. Outside of his practice, Mike enjoys downhill skiing at the local hills and Sun Peaks in the Interior, cooking for friends and family, and spending time with his wife and young son.
