Marina practices workplace law, with a focus on workers’ compensation and occupational health and safety. Marina enjoys the people-centred nature of workplace law and her thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to her work enables her to deliver practical and strategic advice.
Marina obtained her Bachelor of Legal Studies with Distinction from Capilano University in 2019 and her Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia in 2022. During her studies, Marina was a law mentor for the Sauder School of Business and volunteered at the Homeless ID Clinic through Pro Bono Students Canada.
While in law school, Marina summered as a Review Officer at WorkSafeBC. Prior to joining Harris as an associate, Marina articled with and worked at a Vancouver-based corporate and securities law firm representing local, national and international clients.
