Eric is developing a general litigation practice with a focus on workplace law and administrative law. He strives for clear and effective work, bolstered by a thorough understanding of the matter at hand. He is also keen to understand how the legal issues at play impact his clients and their concerns.
Prior to becoming an associate at Harris & Company, Eric articled and worked as a lawyer with a leading Vancouver litigation boutique.
He has made submissions before the BC Supreme Court and participated in tribunal proceedings.
Eric received his JD from the University of Victoria’s Faculty of Law. While in law school he was an amicus tutor as well as a competitor on the first-place team for the 2022 B.C. Law Schools Moot. As a student he gained experience in administrative law working with a public agency, making daily submissions before a tribunal.
He is fluent in both English and French.
