Emilio practices in all areas of workplace law, with a particular focus on labour disputes and their administrative and constitutional dimensions.

He earned his JD from the University of British Columbia in 2024. During law school, Emilio worked as a research assistant with the Canadian Network of Law and Humanities, where he authored and presented original research on the jurisprudential impact of language. He was also awarded the Ed Peck Industrial Relations Prize in Law, recognizing his outstanding academic achievement in labour law.

Before entering the legal field, Emilio built a career supporting non-profit organizations in delivering more effective community services. He brings a thoughtful and solutions-oriented approach to his legal practice, aiming to resolve client issues with both efficiency and care.

Outside of work, Emilio enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, power days, and cooking for friends.
