Dustin J. Horvat

Associate

Dustin Horvat uses they/them pronouns and practices in all areas of workplace law, with a particular interest in administrative, constitutional, human rights, and workplace safety litigation. They are passionate about the human-centered aspects of workplace law and enjoy assisting clients in identifying practical, fair solutions to foster better working environments.

Dustin previously worked as a lawyer for a national firm in Vancouver. They also clerked for the Supreme Court of British Columbia, assisting the justices with judicial review, civil, family, and criminal matters, including several workplace law disputes adjudicated by the Court.

Dustin earned a J.D. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law in 2022. While attending law school, Dustin was a research assistant for several professors and a member of the Indigenous Law Students’ Association and OutLaws.
