Debbie is experienced in various facets of workplace law, including wrongful dismissals and contract breaches, and has appeared in all levels of court in British Columbia. In addition, Debbie has experience navigating human rights complaints and WorkSafeBC matters. Debbie provides clients with strategic advice regarding privacy matters, employment contract and policy drafting. She thrives under stressful situations, and has a strong ability to navigate unexpected curveballs. Her client-centered philosophy is built on her personable, collaborative and team-focused mindset. Debbie believes in a compassionate approach, but does not shy away from a challenge.
