Aniket practices in all areas of workplace law with an overarching interest in understanding the business of the client to frame legal advice. He is also sensitive to the human element involved in workplace legal issues and how that affects a client’s decision making.
Aniket became an associate in May 2024 after completing his articles with the firm. He has argued before the BC Supreme Court.
Aniket received his Juris Doctorate from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2023 where he won the Stringer LLP Essay Prize in Labour Law. Before law school, he worked with the Ontario government for a little over two years in policy development.
