Aman practices in all areas of workplace law and has a particular interest in proactive policies, agreements, and practices with the goal of creating a meaningful, positive impact on workplaces. She is passionate about the human-centred nature of workplace law as it fosters genuine relationships that allow people to come together to address the unique challenges of workplace law with creative, tailored solutions.
Aman received her J.D. from the University of Victoria in 2023. While at law school, Aman served on the Law Students’ Society as the 1L representative, VP of Student Affairs, and President, gaining valuable leadership skills. Aman co-founded the South Asian Law Students’ Association at the University of Victoria, recognizing a need for representation, advocacy, and connection for South Asian students. She was also a part of the Canadian Client Consultation Competition team, a competition that simulates a law office consultation where students interview a client and offer legal and non-legal solutions for the client matter.
Prior to joining the firm, Aman summered at a personal injury and wills and estates firm in Victoria, BC where she completed detail-orientated work. As part of the University of Victoria co-op program, Aman spent a summer working at the Office of the Ombudsperson of BC, developing her client service skills.
