Harris is pleased to begin the New Year by sharing that David Penner and Amanda Alberti have joined the Harris partnership, effective January 1st.

David was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2014. Prior to joining Harris in 2022, David practiced in one of Vancouver’s leading labour and litigation boutiques. David has a broad litigation, labour and employment law practice with extensive experience acting for clients in alternative dispute resolution processes, including mediations and arbitrations.
Amanda was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2017. She advises public and private sector employers on a variety of workplace law issues, with a focus on workers’ compensation claims, including workplace injury and occupational disease claims, bullying and harassment complaints, and prohibited action complaints.
