Class Size Legislation Passes Third Reading

Bill 33, the Education (Learning Enhancement) Statutes Amendment Act, has passed third reading in the BC Legislature. The legislation imposes class size limits in grades 4-12 in public schools. The class size provisions will come into force by regulation of the provincial cabinet.
