BC Labour Relations Board Denies Stay of its Decision

The BC Labour Relations Board has denied a stay of its decision pending appeal to a contractor found to be an illegal strike replacement. In Canadian Chambermaid Services, BCLRB No. B266/2000, the contractor unsuccessfully argued that they could not be compensated for the damages they would suffer if prevented from providing their services during the strike.
