BC Human Rights Tribunal Amends Complaint Forms

April 13, 2004
Share

Effective April 1, 2004, the BC Human Rights Tribunal has amended the forms for filing complaints under the Human Rights Code. The standard Complaint Form (Form 1) has been modified to assist complainants to set out their complaints more clearly. In addition, there are also now two versions of the Representative Complaint Form (Form 2). These forms are used in conjunction with Form 1 if a person is filing a complaint on behalf of either another individual or a group or class of persons.

The new forms are posted on the Tribunal website: http://www.bchrt.bc.ca/
