Attendance Management Program Ruled Discriminatory

In a lengthy decision issued earlier this week, the Human Rights Tribunal has ruled that an attendance management program discriminated against employees with chronic disabilities because of its use of average attendance targets. We are reviewing the decision in detail and will be posting a summary of the key rulings of significance to employers.
