Lindsie Thomson is Harris & Company’s managing partner. Exceptionally organized and efficient, Lindsie is adept at developing a deep understanding of how a workplace functions in order to find durable solutions and winning arguments.

Lindsie’s labour and employment law practice is a mix of day-to-day interaction with clients on labour, employment, and human rights issues, as well as representation of employers in labour arbitrations, labour relations board hearings, human rights tribunal proceedings, employment standards proceedings, and in appeals to the BC Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.

Although she works with employers in a variety of sectors, Lindsie has an established education law practice, representing employers in both the K-12 and post-secondary sectors in sectorally-significant arbitration cases and advising employers on issues related to policy drafting, board governance, accommodation, and student and parent issues.
