Lana practices in the area of corporate and commercial litigation, administrative and employment law. She advises her clients on a broad range of issues involving complex contractual disputes, tort claims, construction, builders’ liens, collection and enforcement of debts, workplace law including wrongful dismissals, human rights complaints, and prohibited action complaints under the Workers Compensation Act.

Lana is a steadfast advocate and has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and assisted on matters before the Supreme Court of Canada. She has also attended and appeared on matters before various administrative tribunals in British Columbia.

Lana, together with her colleagues from Taylor Jordan Chafetz, one of the city’s leading litigation boutiques, joined Harris in December 2014. She became a partner in 2016.
